چکیده
We investigated the effect of functional point mutations (Q730E) endoplasmic reticulum aminopeptidase 1 (ERAP1) on proliferation, apoptosis and cytokine secretion HaCaT cells. The ERAP1 ERAP1-Q730E were overexpressed in expression TNFR1 TNFR2 cells was detected by immunofluorescence. proliferation CCK-8. Cell cycle analyzed flow cytometry. IL-1β, TNF-α IL-6 ELISA. IKKs caspase-8 Western blot. overexpression inhibited TNFR1, but not markedly increased decreased After overexpression, there significantly fewer number G0/G1 phase higher S M phase. levels TNF-α, IL-1β supernatants On contrary, cell promoted apoptosis, suppresses progression, levels. Functional mutation Q730E could reverse possibly binding inhibiting pathways.

Caspase inhibition in neuroinflammation induced by soluble β amyloid monomer, protects cells from abnormal survival and proliferation, via attenuation of NFқB activity
Introduction: Evidence suggests that neuronal apoptosis in neurodegenerative diseases is correlated with inflammatory reactions. The beneficial or detrimental role of apoptosis in neuroinflammation is unclear. Elucidating this question may be helpful in management of neurodegenerative diseases. Since TNF-α is able to induce apoptosis as well as increased viability of the cells by activation ...

in fact, this study focused on the following questions: 1. is there any difference between the effect of functional/notional approach and the structural approaches to language teaching on the proficiency test of efl learners? 2. can a rather innovative language test referred to as "functional test" ge devised so so to measure the proficiency test of efl learners, and thus be as much reliable an...

متن کاملEconazole Nitrate Induces Apoptosis in MCF-7 Cells via Mitochondrial and Caspase Pathways
Econazole nitrate (EN), a synthetic compound, is now in use as a routine antifungal drug. EN was shown to have antitumor effect, the tumor cell killing mechanisms, however, remain unclear. In this research, the apoptosis-inducing effect of EN on MCF-7 cells was investigated. The results showed that EN inhibited the proliferation of MCF-7 cells in a time- and dose-dependent manner by MTT method ...
